I love love this app

It's just okay, but mostly just a simple tracker.
I was expecting more for the money. It is a simple tracker for the most part, and there are other free options. I choose this as I thought it would give more. The recipes seemed great at first glance, but then you notice that there are no measurable amounts listed for the spices especially, which are essential to making the dish a success. I was hoping for more workout options/information or feedback on how to really be more successful. Like I said, it's a simple tracker, and for me, not worth the cash I paid for it.

Fake account was created in my name, company not interested in investigating a possible identity theft.
I was notified that an account was created in my name (I have a very unusual one, it's not "Sue Smith" or anything like that. When I have reached out to find out more, I was told that they cannot refund more than 50%. When I have inquired what account was used for that purchase, as I was seriously worried about an identity theft, I was old it was a Mastercard. I do not own a MC. Further correspondence with the support was not helpful, I was told that they decided to refund 100% and that it was already processed. My inquiries about WHAT account it was, when it was created, what IP address it came from - they went unanswered.

It’s difficult to log food
It’s difficult to log food, or even find common food sometimes. It needs to include specific amounts not just grams such as oz.

It would be helpful if it could track all exercises from an Apple Watch not just steps.

Ok so far
The fasting tracker is great. It has helped keep me accountable. I wish that you could put water in there manually easier. In one of my other apps I they just had an add button and it just increased the amount of water. I don't really use the nutrition end as it is hard for me to add foods that I eat as a lot of my meals especially in the evening are home made. So that make it difficult. It does not pair with my fitbit like it should. But overall his has been a good app so far

Mixed feelings
Tracking the start & end time of my fasting is great. Tracking water intake is fine but, it does not allow me to at a 16.9 bottle of water. The other problem, this is the big one for me. Trying to add my meals is a huge pain in the A**. I was using NOOM before this and food entering is so much easier. I have to do a lot of guessing in your app. I have wasted a lot of time with this so I gave up on that part of the app. I do my best to eat right. Please make entering meals a bit easier. Thank you

It is difficult to log food
It is difficult to log foods when the only measurements are in G instead of oz, cups, TSP,TBSP etc.

I also wish there was a place to enter exercise other than steps.

Food logging is often difficult to determine the actual calories and other macros.

I tried to install the Apple Watch app, and was not successful.

This app needs some work, but i will continue to use it in hopes of improvements in the listed areas.

The app is easy to use and I really like that I can track calories. While I know this isn't what fasting purists do, I've been doing intermittent fasting for over a year and needed a different tool. This fit the bill very well.

Not bad!
I am enjoying this app, my only feedback is the limitations in tracking meals. Why is everything in grams? Many items not found. Tracking water is not great either, a water bottle is typically 16.9 oz also, custom you cannot enter a decimal.

The barcode scanner does not recognize…
The barcode scanner does not recognize any of the 20 items I tried to scan. The data base is obviously not up to date. This is very unhelpful, when we are trying to stay on track.

Don’t try to cancel because they won’t let you. You can send as much documentation you have and they still refuse. I had it less the 12 hours and they refused me. Not never good customer service either.
